Franchise Activity
The Franchiser is the owner of a business, the object of activity being the distribution of petroleum products, carried out under the registered trade name “LUKOIL”, which is well-known in the world due to the brand and the quality of the petroleum products.
The Franchiser makes available to the franchise beneficiary, in the pre-contractual stage, the documents and information regarding the franchise offer.
Committing himself by means of this franchise contract, the beneficiary remains an independent trader from the legal and economic points of view, being liable as such in his relations with third persons and public authorities.
The Franchiser gives the right of selling to the Beneficiary, and the Beneficiary undertakes to sell the petroleum products and the general goods in his station, complying with the Franchiser’s business practice and under the LUKOIL brand.
Within the franchise contract, the Beneficiary performs his whole activity at his own account, expense and risk and he makes the necessary inner and outer design changes, regarding the technical equipment, the furniture and the customer serving process in accordance with the Franchiser’s concept, so that the retail station should meet the requirements of the homogenous standard of Franchiser’s retail station network.
